Commission reconciliation
Standard commission = monthly rent × contract months ÷ 24. GST is rounded separately to cents, then added. A full 12-month contract is exactly half a month of rent.
Uses current tenancy records and all saved commission bills, paid or unpaid. Complete calendar months are counted first; remaining days are prorated over the next calendar month. Month anniversaries clamp to month-end. Check nonstandard fee agreements and partial-month terms before payment.
This checks the billed total against the selected GST assumption; it does not read tax lines from the PDF or change invoices, fees, or payment status. “Matches” means the totals agree, not that payment is approved.
